It can be very disappointing to order your Hair Extensions, only to find that they don’t match your existing colour. In order to help you prevent this from happening, Entourage Extensions have several options available in our Colour Match Service to ensure you get the right match to your tone. We DO NOT offer a colour wizard option and strongly recommended that you use one of the following three initial options out of the five available when ordering your hair. Entourage Extensions know just how important colour matching is when getting your new hair extensions and are here every step of the way.
Loan a Colour Ring Service
Our Loan a Colour Ring Service lets you match your colour at home. You will need to pay the full cost of the ring upfront, however if you decide you want to simply loan the ring, you can post it back to us within 7 working days, in the original condition and 100% of the cost will be credited or re-funded to your account. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the colour ring and use it for future purchases.
Purchase a hair ring
Purchase a hair ring to keep for future purposes, so you will never have to worry about colour matching again. Our colour rings will be your colour-matching saviour whatever your shade.
Online colour swatches
Choose from one of our online colour swatches, but don’t worry, as if you do manage to order the wrong colour, you can always change it, providing it is unopened and unused. Just return it within 14 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund to your account. Please note that many customers choose the two closest colours and return the one they don’t want.
Send us a picture of your hair
Sending a picture option is only available on request. Entourage Extensions strongly feel that this option should only be used if in urgency, perhaps for that last minute special occasion!
